"No friendly service here just a lot lip service with nothing available. Start with store manager because I paid for two parts and came to pick them up and nobody knew anything. Store manager only wanted to argue to defend his employee didn’t order them even with a receipt. All he needed to do was fix the mistake and all would have been great. I canceled and went just down the street to Autozone and picked up what I needed in less than 15 minutes."

"Great service as always. Kaela is always so friendly and helpful. Greets everyone with a smile and so helpful. She helps me look for what I need and takes the time to make sure it’s the correct part before I make my purchase. If I’m browsing looking for something on the shelves, she comes over and ask what I’m looking for and then points me in the direction of where it’s located. That’s what customer service is all about. You need more like her. And Yes. She’s very knowledgeable about automobiles. I honestly think she knows more than most guys that come in to get parts."
"I've been an avid customer of this chain for years but I have to say after stopping in this store, bar none this is the best one I've been to due to an employee named KAYLA who's gone above and beyond everytime I've visited here. She's never had a problem getting hard to search for parts as we drive a 38 foot motorhome and she also gets dirty installing stuff for us which is their free service but I've been to other stores that wouldn't help at all. KAYLA yesterday climbed under and changed a burned out front blinker getting soaked in the process from the dripping a/c condenser and then not only that but volunteered to change the other one too for us so I'd have 2 new ones and not have to myself when it did burn out. Kayla has a terrific personality and goes above and beyond so stop in there, get her help and she'll let you leave happy wanting you to return the next time you need Advance Auto Parts."
