"The guys at Fast really impressed me. I stopped by and explained to them the issues I had been experiencing with my jeep and how I'd ran out of ideas for what could be the cause. I listed all of the parts I'd replaced myself and explained that the problem just kept getting worse. Since they were booked up, we set an appointment for 8 days out. Well, I woke up the next morning and the vehicle wouldn't start at all. It wasn't the battery, alternator, or starter..I tried all of those. Because I still planned on keeping my appointment with them, I knew I'd need to have someone tow it which means working around a third person's schedule so I called the guys at Fast back to get their take on when and where would be a good time to have it dropped off. They immediately offered to make time in their schedule to take a look at my jeep since it wasn't running at all now. I thought that was a nice gesture, but because of experiences I'd had with mechanics in the past, I was really expecting a huge bill. They could have easily lied about what the issue was and charged me whatever they wanted..I had no clue what the problem was and I was desperate to get it fixed. The morning after it was dropped off, I got a call from the guys at Fast telling me it was a simple fix with the wiring and they went ahead took care of some vacuum leaks it had as well. They bumped me up in their schedule, were honest about the problem, and it cost me less than the battery I'd just replaced. I was a stranger when I walked in just a few days earlier, but I'm a customer for life now. Thanks!"

"They took us right in and changed two tires we brought ourselves. Great job cleaning and inspecting the rims before mounting and balancing the tires. Staff was very professional,friendly,knowledgeable at resetting the wheel sensors. The end charge was cheaper than I could have imagined! I had enough room to tip him as we felt he more than deserved it. Will be going back for anything we need on our car in the future and we drove forty minutes to get there. Awesome and Thanks Again"
