"Never consistent, rude staff most days. Anything with bacon on it and you can forget it. You may get 1/2 a piece on any item you order and that’s if your lucky. Go if you must but most Dunkin restaurants in this area don’t care… they are miserable while working and sling it together."
"I have been to this location several times and my coffee is never correct and always terrible. There is a particular employee that always has an attitude and is unfriendly and when she’s there, I don’t even ask to have my order fixed. The wait time is insanely long and I honestly drive out of the way to go to the Jonesborough or Johnson City location to have good and consistent coffee."
"I’ve had to stop trying to place mobile orders at this dunkin. Even when I only have two things on the order, it’s never correct or they forget to give me something. They also frequently get my drink orders incorrect and forget something like the cold foam that I already paid extra for. Multiple times I’ve had to tell them to add it, when it’s clearly listed on the cup’s sticker. This place just isn’t on top of things."
"This might be weird but when we pulled up to the window to receive our order a gust of wind blew in the car from inside and all that came to mind was this is the cleanest smelling Dunkin I’ve ever been to!!! I also complimented them as well very friendly staff"
