"Their prices have really increased! We ordered from them 2 to 3 times a week.. now we might order from them once a month..if even that.. we've had to switch to little Caesar's .. and papa John's pizza is way better!!"

"My experience has been pretty consistent. Only error is that if you want the little extras like garlic butter then you will have to let the drivers know because the other workers always forget...even when not busy.The drivers are the absolute best employees and represent them professionally with perfection!! I can't say enough about the delivery drivers. They always take extra steps with customers and they really don't have too but they seem like they appreciate their job and want to ensure it. Papa John's in Harlan, Ky should take special notice on their drivers, they are the best and truly deserving of some type of reward like pay increase or whatever they do for rewarding. Having said this, please remember to .give your delivery drivers decent tips. We all know maintaining a vehicle isn't cheap."
