"ZERO STARS! Definitely would NOT use!! Called them when my car broke down on the side of a highway to ask for a tow; they told me it would simply be “cheaper” to call elsewhere when I told them my location then hung the phone up on me. ( I was 15 minutes away from their shop and the tow I was going to be asking for would’ve been about 15-20 minutes down the same highway from where my car was broken down at, going back toward their shop). Called back not long later asking again for a tow and got the response that their wrecker was “unavailable” and told me once again to call elsewhere. For a business that advertises on their google page that they have a towing service you’d think that they’d been more than willing to tow my car (no matter the cost to me). Just seemed that they didn’t want to do it and we’re making up excuses not to."
"I broke down in the middle of the night and had to be towed. The following morning they started on the repairs & had me back on the road in no time. Extremely honest & incredible customer service. Thanks again."
