"This place was kind of a hassle. I went during the week for birria tacos since I'd been wanting to try them and they're one of the only places in town that makes them. The lady said they only sell them on weekends and advised me to come back Saturday around noon because it takes about 3 hours to make and they start around 9 am. She also said Sunday's the entire Hispanic community comes out so I probably wouldn't get any then. I wasn't planning on going out Saturday but I came around 12:30 and she told me the lady had just started them and and it'd be hours. I chanced going back Sunday and FINALLY got them. The queso was good and I really liked the chips. The tacos were just okay. I was surprised by how dry they were. Normally you see the birria tacos fried in the meat juices but they didn't do that. The salsa was also just okay."
