Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Invoice had services listed that we're not completed. I brought in a Crown Victoria that I just bought for a conventional oil change, and the oil change itself went fine enough, however I was billed for (yet didn't receive) the following: -Tire pressure (invoice had the pressure listed as 32 even though the door sticker said 35, but they didn't air up my tires anyway). -Battery Test. -Fluid checks, including a wiper fluid top off. I could be wrong (I wasn't paying close attention), but I believe the only fluid that was checked was the oil. I drove back to Lynchburg and went to the Valvoline on Timberlake Rd to have them finish the services I didn't receive, and they noticed a lot of frame pil left behind the person who changed the oil filter, and that the drain plug was loose on arrival. To give due credit, I requested 5w30 instead of the manufacturer recommended 5w20 and the CSR accommodated me and gave me the oil I requested. I also asked for them to take a video of the underside of my car for me since I just bought it, and they did that for me as well. For reference my invoice number is 46580."

"Poorly managed and unorganized! My previous experience was good but not today! I was checked in and waited my turn for 20 mins. When I was about to pull in, an employee came out and wanted me to move to another lane with a longer wait while making everyone behind me back up. It was chaotic so I left and attempted to call a manager. The woman who answered the phone insisted several times on knowing why I wanted a manager. When I stated I just wanted to speak to the manager, I was placed on a long hold then the woman came back and told me the manager would not speak to me because I had been disrespectful. What?! Life is stressful enough without this nonsense!"

"edit 12/21: I just wanted to come and say I've continued to visit this location and I've always been treated so well. I cannot recommend this place enough. Very professional, very reasonably priced and they do a great job. I got my oil changed on 2/5 and had a wonderful experience. First of all, I appreciate that they're open on Sundays. Secondly, the staff were all pleasant and made the experience great. Everyone I interacted with was professional. I got my oil changed and was in and out quickly. I feel like its a great value going here and I really enjoy not having to get out of my car."

"Took my wife's car to get gas . Realized oil change was well overdue. Needed it done asap. Went to Valvoline on 460. Super nice team. In and out quickly. Would use them again."
