"I’ve heard great things about the mechanics here and have been recommended by several people but the older lady at the front desk is so disrespectful and rude. Came by over the summer and left and went somewhere else because of her poor attitude. Decided to give them another chance today. I just needed three spark plugs changed. Still same rude attitude as months before even interrupted in when another lady was trying to help me. Couldn’t even give me an estimate and I would automatically be charged $115 dollars for them to just look at it. I just need three spark plugs changed. I walked out. She gave me such a bad vibe again."

"I highly recommend Bass Transmissions. The AC in my parents' car stopped working in the heat of summer. They went to Bass after the car was left untouched at the dealer for 2.5 days despite having an appointment. The Bass team was able to fix the issue in under two hours and change their oil."

"I took my car to this shop a while ago and forgot to write a review. I went in for a transmission swap and I sure regretted it. The day my car arrived the key was carelessly left in my car, left unlocked and left outside. That night, my car was stolen and had thousands of dollars of my belongings and modifications stolen. From the change in my center console to my $750 subwoofers, the interior was basically stripped. The next day my car was found dumped at Eastgate park about a mile or so away from the shop. There was absolutely no remorse or apology for what happened to my car from the shop or anyone who worked there. Thankfully, I was able to recover my car and get it fixed and driving again. I wouldn’t recommend this shop even to my worst enemy. If you have transmission problems please, I’m begging you, find somewhere else especially if you have a nicer car. The whole scenario still sounds fishy to me. Oh and the I forgot to mention, the “fix” took twice as long as they said it would."
