"Spent thousands of dollars on my Volvo truck and was still having issues for 4 months but they was able to fix the issue within one day . "We bought a brand new truck from a Volvo dealer, however we learned that the truck had issues upon driving it. That's when we went to your dealership to have the problem fixed. The dealership did the inspection for the truck and told us that the steering box and accelerator needed to be replaced. They said they will let us know when the part will arrive They asked us to be present on Sep 14, 2022 at 7:30 a.m., and we drove our truck 700 miles to that location. The technician started to work on the truck. When he finished, we noticed the new steering wheel box had been replaced with that of an old truck and was rusted. As soon as my driver left the facility, he realized that the steering wheel was behaving even worse and now was not even turning completely. The accelerator brakes were still making the same sound which means no work was done there. It is incredibly dangerous for a truck with a steering box issue to be on the roads. You will be held responsible if any issues arise. I am so disappointed with the service. This brand new Volvo cost me around $200,000, and yet I am receiving several odd issues. I am sending my truck back to your facility. Please ensure that this is taken care of."
