"Went in for an oil change for my Honda civic on 11/12/23 , left with my entire skid plate dragging the ground. Drove back to let them know and see if they can attach it the way it was when I came, they said it was already like that and that they noted it on the paper (but never bothered to let me know when I checked out). Technician told me they couldn’t re attach it and told me to go to OReily or Advanced and fix it myself. He zip tied it up for me and a day later it was dragging the ground again. Now having to take it elsewhere to get it done right and the technician at the shop I’m taking it to had mentioned this similar situation happens often with Walmart and they often have to fix their mistakes. Worst experience I’ve had."

"Quality, timely service. Had a 9 am appointment. They took me in at 2 minutes after 9 and 4 tires were mounted, balanced and we were out the door just a few minutes after 10. Very pleased."
