"The worst expirence ever...... this review is way over do but we gave them more than enough time to fix the problems and the sofa power recline is still not fix and the motor ordered for it continues to sit here at our home and i will give them that this happened during COVID but nothing has been done and we purchased the protection plan and was told they could not get anyone to fix this issue,,,,, please advise as we were left with no replacement,no money refund and no returned calls and a broken power recline sofa that remains broken..... MY ADVISE IS DONT SHOP THERE AT THE STORE IN SALEM VA >>>>>>>> AND DONT GET THE PROTECTION PLAN>>>> CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL"

"After getting home I realized the recliner I purchased would not work. I called next morning and spoke with Mary Beth. She could not have been nicer! She followed up to credit my card immediately. I felt bad about having to cancel my purchase and Mary Beth made it very easy for me. I will definitely shop there again and recommend your store to others!"
