"This is the WORST Dunkin’ I have ever been to. For starters, the drive through is almost impossible to get through, any medium size car will struggle to not scrap the side of their vehicle to enter. In terms of the food, the ice coffee is made hot, then ice is added. As a result, you get a lukewarm coffee with no ice. Bagels were smaller than usual, but weren’t bad. Here is the worst part however, we had to wait 25 minutes to get our food in a line of 2 people. My experience isn’t even the worst, as other reviewer talk about having seen roaches and receiving moldy food. BEWARE !"
"Worst experience I’ve EVER had at Dunkin in my life my toasted white chocolate latte taste like it had no coffee in it it’s nothing but pure syrup you can’t even drink it. we ordered a plain bagel with butter my bagel was so dry an hard, cold the drive thru lady was absolutely rude she didn’t even know which order was which she basically threw my money back at me after saying she can’t take 100$. I’ve worked at a Dunkin for a while and never seen something like I just did."

"The person who took my drive-thru order was not friendly at all. I asked her to please tell me the different flavors I could add to coffee, and she said to read them on the board, we asked for other stuff, and she sounded annoyed. The person at the window was a different person, and she was super nice."
