"I don't normally do this but my experience was so bad I must. If I could give zero stars I would. Early Sunday afternoon I tried to order from them online for delivery up the street from my house (all delivery places will deliver to the top of my street but won't come down my road, weird). Was given about a 30 minute wait time, cool, reasonable. My boyfriend and his 5 year old daughter leave for the spot to pick up at the first time I was given. Literally an HOUR goes by and my boyfriend is like "where is the pizza?". I call the store and the manager had a could care less attitude to tell me they were using door dash and there was nothing he could do. It's officially an HOUR AND A HALF later and he tells me the delivery driver isn't even at the store yet and it'll be another 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boyfriend and young daughter stuck waiting this long. We FINALLY got our food and it was cold, rubbery, and just not good at all. Mind you I spent around 60 bucks that day just to have one of the worst experience with a pizza chain in my life. Very slim chance I will ever order from them again."
"I ordered my pizza on the phone and was told it would be 15 or 20 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later and was told it would be another 15 or 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and went back to the window and my pizza was just put in the oven. I parked my vehicle and went into the restaurant to get my pizza. I wanted to talk to the manager about half off for my wait. He had a very bad attitude and even dropped the f-bomb. I will never use this branch again."
"We've had good experiences ordering pizza for delivery and pick up at this Papa John’s location. The staff have been friendly. The pizza had always been good, hot and fresh. I would recommend this location for a reliable pizza option in the Lake Monticello area."
