Separate technicians 1. incorrectly installed a hot water circulation pump that lead to three days with no hot water and 2. improperly wired a switch to compressor unit for our heating system resulting in heat shutdown at Christmas. "Worst experience of my life so far in home ownership. I called for a simple maintenances check and to replace some wires that had been compromised. At the start of the job there was absolutely nothing wrong with the system. The tech immediately went in the unit and started re-doing the wires without even running the system or any check of the operation what so ever so I figured he knew what was up, welp after completion of the wires he moved on to cleaning the burners and more routine stuff I assume. After completion of all of that he then hooked something up to the unit and asked me to turn it on while also insinuating over and over that I need to upgrade through out this entire altercation. I let him know that that was future plans and wasn’t in the cards right now. Welp the unit cut on and almost blew up the tech, myself and the room we were standing in. He yelped and the acted surprised. I politely told him to pack it up and to please have his supervisor call me because I wasn’t comfortable with his knowledge at this point. I can’t stress this enough for anyone to understand but the explosion was gas and it was so powerful that it burned all the dust in the room off the walls! Amazing we were not hurt. Well he packed his stuff and left the boss calls me and completely deflected and basically refused to right their wrong telling me my heat unit should be condemned and replaced, I know shocking they want to replace it. The tech seemed to have very little knowledge of the unit itself and seemed to be out of his league. I now have no heat in my house with a new born baby and a new mother and these guys broke my operating heat system with no intention to fix their mess. I’m completely taken back by this and can’t even fully put in to words the dissatisfaction that I have with this supposedly reputable company. Their mistake at my cost. A simple routine maintenance check could possibly cost me thousands. So please take the words from me some one you don’t even know and beware these are not the guys for the job. Beware."

They do my electrical and plumbing and have replaced my heat pump, heating A/C unit, duct work and other things like sinks & toilets, and burst pipes. They are always prompt, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and recommendations honest. The employees are always very nice and work quickly. The owner is very hands-on and is aware of your issues and resolutions. He is not afraid to get on the phone with customers to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them."
