"I’ve ordered here twice in the last month and both times the pizza has been subpar. There’s nothing wrong with the service but the pizza has been too salty and saucy without enough cheese(despite me ordering extra cheese). Used to like this store"

"You cannot beat their lava cakes! Every time we order from there I absolutely have to have one. I really love the bread bowl option for the pasta but it stinks that you can’t add extra sausage to the bowls…. Through the app. Otherwise they are quick with the orders and I have not been disappointed except for the wings… I like mine deep fried and theirs seem baked. Still love the pasta tho!"

"I called the orange, va store because the online wasn't going thru. I was connected with the manager, told her what happened online, and she took my order over the phone, paid by cc, requested curbside delivery. She asked the color of my car- I told her color , make and model. I asked about how long it would be. She said 15-20 minutes and someone will bring it out. 40 minutes passed so my husband walked in. At that time, a suv pulled in by us, and 2 minutes later a Domino's employee brought their order to their vehical. My husband came out saying first they couldn't find our order! Asked him what we ordered and what name it was under. He had to repeat it 3 times in a row. They found the pizza under the stack of pizzas on the rack. The receipt says order was taken at 5:21pm and Ready at 5:35pm! My husband had walked inside at 5:55. So we got a cold pizza and manager had no notion to offer to redo pizza so it would be hot or discount."

"They used to be great, but now, horrible. I placed an order online, got my confirmation. Called later on to see if they could update the time to 15 min earlier. They said, sure. Then when hubby arrived for pickup, they had no idea what he was talking about. They had to look up the order. He told them he'd run to the store and return in 15 min. When he came back, they hadn't even started the order yet. He told them to cancel, then he grabbed some frozen pizzas from the store. What a nightmare."
