"I don't understand why there is no consistency between Dunkin stores. I order the same coffee but get very different outcomes. This particular store had friendly staff, but had to send drink back to try to get something close to what it should be."
"The blond worker at the front who I think was new and in training was super nice and friendly. Unfortunately the manager that was working and training her was horrible. I ordered bacon strips and they gave me one and a half pieces of bacon in the bag. I’m spending almost 4 dollars to get less than 2 strips of bacon? What are we, rationing bacon? Not only that but the bacon egg and cheese bagel I ordered the cheese was burnt and the bacon wasn’t even crispy like I asked. We were the only people in there so was it really that hard to cook it for an extra minute? I work in the food industry too, and the lack of effort they put into their work is honestly astonishing. Maybe your boss needs to pay you better, just becuase you get paid minimum wage doesn’t mean you have to give minimum wage effort. Do better"
"This place is probably the slowest Dunkin' I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you go to the counter, through the drive-thru, or order ahead. They take forever for anything that isn't a donut. Also disappointingly the hot chocolate was like water which is very unlike what you normally get at Dunkin'. Don't know if they're having a staffing issue, but something definitely needs to be improved."
"Service has definitely gone down here the past few time's I've stopped by. On this past trip they got half of it wrong. They did one of the coffees with regular milk when both were suppose to be almond milk, missing one of the sandwiches ordered, and the one we did recieve had uncooked bacon on it. And the drive through woman seemed irritated that we were even there. Until they do an overhaul on that locations training and staff, I won't be coming for fear of how sick they would have made me from eating undercooked bacon and milk."
