"One of the workers was staring at us while we were placing our order on their self serve machines. It was very uncomfortable when it asked us to leave a tip and she was watching us to see what we were going to tip her. We left a higher tip than we normally would because we were worried about how she would complete our order if we didn’t. The donuts were slightly undercooked and we don’t feel comfortable returning after such service."
"Took an hour and a half for them to make my donuts. Another guy ordered in store and had been waiting for over 2 hours. When he asked if he could cancel his order and get a refund the employee said no they don’t do that. Donuts are good but not worth waiting hours for."
"I love going go this place! The donuts are generally pretty good, more akin to miniature cakes with how much toppings get slathered on. That being said, they are made to order, so they are always hot and fresh! The service is very quick as well. One of the downsides is that the only thing that is reasonably priced are there donuts at two and a quarter each, everything else is on the pricier side. Overall definitely a good visit, and a nice repeat visit for a little treat / snack."
"These donuts are amazing, if you’re looking for donuts made on the spot from getting fried to glazed this is the place for you. Kids that don’t like Dunkin’ Donuts love these. Coffee leaves a lot to be desired and plan to pay about 2x as much for a dozen!"
"Luckily I placed the order online so didn’t have the crazy wait time others experienced. The donuts themselves were good, not great. I would honestly take Hot Krispy Kreme donuts over these any day. The box was all sticky on the outside, I would recommend making donuts outside the box and then placing into the box, otherwise it looks like elementary kids made your donuts, will wait a few months and give them another try."
