"SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Doesn’t even deserve a on 1 star! I had redeemed a reward and used a deal, which I can do and done multiple times at McDonald’s. This extremely rude employee white old man with a beard at the drive in window got his “manager”, assuming he didn’t know how to handle this misunderstanding, which was just as rude and had such a nasty attitude as the employee. He disgustingly said I wasn’t allowed todo that and that I can go somewhere else when all I was doing was explaining to him if they can’t do that if I could just get my points that I redeemed back. It was an Indian man working around 11:10pm on 1/29/24. Was talking over me, called me a bit*h and said I can go somewhere else. It’s so crazy how you guys have that rude man managing that place as well as representing McDonald’s. Is that how you guys wanted to be recognized by guests!!? And I didn’t even get my points back so upset worst McDonald’s service ever!! THAT MAN SHOULD BE FIRED!! Definitely reaching out to corporate first thing tomorrow morning."

"Awful staff at the counter, didn’t see her name tag but it’s an Asian woman. Just snappy attitude, she snapped at me asking if it’s a mobile order. Then I asked her for a cup for my order because she never gave me one and then said she thought she did. I told her to come to my table to look for herself. if you’re unhappy to work at McDonalds don’t bring the attitude to work. You made this lunch the unhappiest experience!"
"I drove up to the drive thru, and waited for a good 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I eventually drove up to the order confirmation window, and was stared at by an employee for about 5 more minutes. I then drove to the pickup window and had to place my order there. When I arrived home, I opened up the lil box that the burger comes in to find that the patty was completely mashed and that parts of the meat were ripped into little pieces? I bit into it, and the meat was completely cold and part of the bun was soaking wet. Absolutely disgusting. 0/5"
