"Michael was outstanding! personable! Kind and willing to be patient on my coffee order. It’s stressful to remember exactly what you love to drink, they were so unbelievably wonderful. Also the barista whom made my coffee, **Chefs kiss**. Thank you both for wonderful service!"
"I avoid coming to this location if I can now. The last three times I’ve been, either my order was taken incorrectly(and also 2 or 3 people ahead of me had messed up orders), someone takes my drink, and it’s always very slow service(cashier was distracted by talking to a non customer boy). My most recent visit was when someone else took my order and eventually that person brought the drink back in after realizing it wasn’t theirs, they gave me a $4 gift card for having to wait so long…come to find out the card was empty when I tried to use it. I’m not one to complain often but after 3 visits of what should be a simple transaction being messed up, perhaps some better training or management is needed in this store."
"I enjoy visiting this location when I am in Fairfax. The staff is always smiling and very polite. I am always greeted immediately. Wait time is usually quick. I always leave a tip to show my appreciation! I definitely recommend this Starbucks!"
"Good location. Staff was ok. Drink was not great and didn't look anything like what it usually does when I order it (all the time) at other locations. It took a long time to receive it. I didn't have time to wait to get it fixed. Meh"
"now there is no newspaper at all! does someone not understand a newspaper and coffee go together! fortunately there are alternatives. always dirty both inside and out. cigarette butts, coffee cups, napkins and other trash outside. inside stuff all over the floor. rarely has a newspaper. recently renovated and still dirty with poor service. trash inside and out and of the five service people they all ignored a new customer. the place clearly needs a good manager!"
