"Chicken sandwich was completely raw. I just threw it in the air fryer because the food is great but chicken being raw is absolutely unacceptable! Check your chicken from here!"

"I ordered through the wingstop app on October 23rd for delivery. After not receiving my delivery, I called DoorDash who directed me to call Wingstop. I called the store and I was told to call customer service. I called customer service 6 times, they made 6 reports and the store still refused to refund me my order. When I called the store a man with a Indian accent took my phone number and order number and told me “the person who is responsible for doing this will give me a call within 2 days”. I waited and called back in 2 days a young man with a Hispanic accent told me “I refunded it” I waited another two days and Called my bank and they told me the refund was not initiated. I called again and a young man said it’s been two months. It was November 8th when I called! My order was October 23rd it was not two months. Now they’re telling me to dispute it with my bank! They can’t refund it! Don’t order from this store. Lack of communication, professionalism and customer service. I was want the $48.28 worth of food that I ordered refunded. I even asked for a re-delivery on October 23rd-25th. And I was told they can’t do that. I need to know why I have to beg for my refund"

"Ordered 21 wings split between two flavors with two sides. Half of the wings came plain and one of the sides were missing. Food was fine, but I expect to receive more than half the food I order. Make sure you check your bag before you leave..."

"Went in to order my lunch at 12:04 PM. I was told that it takes 10 minutes from my order. All I got was 6 Wings playing with ranch dressing on the side. At 12 40 36 minutes later, my food still did not come up. I asked them how long it was going to take. And they said it was still being made. I told him I did not have time anymore. I only have an hour for lunch. Can I get my refund? I then had an employee come up to me by the name of Ada and she said no I cannot give you a refund we don't do that here. There was a man who was in the kitchen cooking. He came up and said your order is done, but we can give you a refund if you would like. I said yes please cause I don't have time to eat. My food, they went to give me the refund and it wasn't through the register. The lady Ada had my money in her pocket, she pulled it out and gave it back to me so that kind's kind of seems a little fishy that she is packaging money for the orders you might want to look into that. This is why you have a 3.5 star rating. I will never come back to your store."

"I'm into boneless wings. So I appreciate that their boneless wings and a little cheaper than bone in. Also, they are very meaty with a good crunchy breaded layer. Not too bready. Fries rock :) Only down side is service is slow. I usually call ahead but I forgot to call ahead this time. :/ Super long wait but food is consistently delicious. I got the Cajun run, original hot, honey bbq"
