"It is a clean establishment and most of the people that work there are courteous. That being said, the food while somewhat tasty is quite costly for the portion size. They have a buy one get one free and don’t bother. I have been a customer for YEARS and I don’t know if it’s under new ownership or what, but I just can’t justify spending money there anymore. I wanted to support a local business but the sandwiches have so little meat. Very skimpy On all ingredients now. I’m so disappointed after my last visit. I have deleted my account and removed the app from my phone. I’m done. Sorry."

"I came in after work today to order 2 sandwiches for myself and my roommate. When I walked into the store, my order was taken by Linda. Linda’s way of greeting me was by badgering me and trying to rush me to order a sandwich, despite me saying “One second. I’m not ready to order” twice. (I have social anxiety and am on the spectrum. Speaking in front of people, especially when they confront me quite rudely and try to rush me through the process, can make me somewhat overwhelmed and make speaking seem difficult.) I’ve worked in retail for a few years. I get it. Some customers might be slow, but when I entered, I was the only customer the store. So there’s not exactly a need for a rush. She makes my first sub, once again rushing me to list the ingredients, then gets mad at me for “speaking too fast”. She’s glaring at me the whole time and talking down to me like I am sub-human. It was quite degrading and really saddened me having to deal woth that after having been at 2 different jobs for 11 hours. When she finished the first sub, she just *tosses* it on the counter behind her??? I get its just food but like, its my food and i’m actively watching you treat it carelessly. A family walks in and she actually greets them with a smile and is nice and cracking jokes with them, despite not being the one handling their order. Onto my second sub and she is *once again* trying to rush me through this process. She’s giving me exasperated sighs and rolling her eyes if I ask her to wait or say smth like “um”. I don’t speak well. Yea I know its annoying but please save your irritation for after I leave. I was eternally grateful when the shift manager, Pronta, who was MUCH NICER, checked me out and listened to my concerns when I voiced them after my time there. The food was good tho. And Pronta (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was respectful and seemed sorry for the bad service Linda gave. Thank you to him. Linda made me feel unwanted/undesired as a customer and less than human. She should get out of retail."
