"I can't find words to describe the rude language used by the manager of this place. I've tried every Panera Bread near where I live, and this was the one I liked the most. So I started using it for my workspace. I would come in the morning, open my computer on the table, drink my coffee, eat food from here at lunch, and sometimes even buy extra dessert. And this is not a fine dining restaurant, you can sit as long as you want! One day, we were warned by the manager for using one of the tables too much, and upon his request, we left the second table for people to sit at. However, he was not satisfied with this and made a comment that he thought was funny, saying that we came and sat here every day, that this was not an office, and that he now had to allocate office rent from us. God, what courage? Then, without waiting for me to answer, he turned and left. If the rules of this place were like these, he should have come and given a gentle warning and warned us not to sit here for a long time. I guess this guy thinks he's a punishing god or something, or a dream world like that."
"Ordered a loaf of bread to go with our soup. Got our order home, opened the sealed bag, and found our "sourdough loaf" to be two sliced sandwich buns. Picked the order up myself, nobody said a darn thing. To heck with this garbage store."
"Big shout out to Rod! I had a large pick up order where he stopped to ask me if i’ve double checked my order (I did not). Everything was correct but I really appreciate Rod stopping me to double check my order. Thank you!"
"Small and busy store, but my food was very delicious! Limited parking close, but it's located in a shopping center with a huge parking lot. Staff was friendly and food came out fast. Bathrooms smelled nice but needed a cleaning."
"Asked for no onions in my sandwich and got onions. Also my chicken is very shredded compared to what I used to get. My other order is incorrect. Ordered a broccoli Mac and cheese bread bowl and received a broccoli cheddar soup."
