"We have ordered from here a few times. Ordering from the app is simple and the service was very quick. If you have a big order they package it nicely in a bag to carry. They have gotten our orders correct every time. This past time I made a mistake and they were so kind to take care of everything for me. Great options for kids as well that are caffeine-free and you can even reduce the sugar."
"Terrible experience. Whoever owns this franchise needs to hire competent adults to run this place, vs. the 3 teenagers staffing it today. Super slow service (an eternity to get the order), and they got the order ALL wrong. A large mango smoothie came medium; my kid's matcha milk teas somehow became mocha. So full of caffeine they could not tolerate, so we had to trash them. My thai tea didn't look nor taste like a thai milk tea I am used to. It was gross. We did not have any confidence asking for them to remake them, so we just left. Will definitely not return."

"We ordered mocha bubble tea and guava punch with mango popping bubbles. Loved both of them. Guava one is very refreshing with mango popping bubbles adding cherry on top while Mocha is very soothing."
