"Amazing hot chicken. The loaded fries was just perfect. The chicken burger was also very juicy and tasty. Only thing was the ‘medium’ spice level was very spicy, and I have a very high spice tolerance. 10/10 chicken. Only downside is that the food takes very long to be ready. We waited 20-30 min and the place was empty."

"The very poor customer service does not make up for the good chicken. The only visible person was busy on cell phone. No welcome or assistance offered for a first time guest. No guidance on spice levels. No napkins in to go bag. No effort made. Even though the chicken was good, I won't be back."

"The chicken sandwich can be pretty good and I enjoy how the spice is baked into the chicken in addition to the sauce, but the chicken itself occasionally tastes a bit fake (unrealistically moist and almost chewy). Still not a bad place to grab a sandwich."
