"I have tried to reach out to the Centreville location that I went to. Took my meal back to my hotel room less than 2 minutes away. I ordered the 2 cheeseburgers and fries with a soda. I asked to have lots of extra pickles. To sum it up there were no extra pickles at all and the fries were not crispy but barely cooked."
"This location sucks. They mess up my order every time I go there. How hard is it to put the right sauce in the bag? It’s easiest job in the food industry and you can’t handle it? Give me a break. If you want McDonalds, find a different location."

"This McDonalds in on the decline. I suspect new management and workers, as this place has previously been great (but I'm talking last winter). Beware if you have allergies, or picky eaters - Check your order. 3 attempts to get a Kids' Happy Meal cheeseburger right. Ketchup only cheeseburger. 3 tries later, the result was they wiped the onions, pickles, etc. off the 3rd attempt cheeseburger and handed it back. It also took a long time to explain the issue. Even with the language barrier it should have been straight forward, but the workers were impatient and presumptuous. More concerned about "getting out of it" than addressing the problem, checking the video, etc. It's not that I didn't get 3 Happy Meals, it's just that ALL the cheeseburgers were in correct; I just needed new cheeseburgers, lol! Management apologized after each attempt, but clearly isn't checking or supervising. Chicken Nuggets only from now on!"
