"My friends and I visited Gainesville Diner and everything was great. Our portions were huge and and service was awesome. Our server was Joy who was able to answer any questions we had. She was very attentive and super friendly! We will definitely keep coming back!!!"
"I’ve eaten at the diner on 3 occasions and had Joy as my server each time. Joy has a great personality and is very friendly. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and ask questions to make sure my order is exactly the way I want it. I hope I get her the next time I go. By the way, the food is very good; good portions and good price."
"The food was very good, service...not so much. Our server kept forgetting things like what our beverages were, what sides we ordered, he forgot things we asked for, he didn't visit the table often and seemed preoccupied. It wasn't very busy when we visited, three tables, service was lacking and disappointing. That said, portions were huge, the quality of the food was top notch, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was casual, seems like a family place and is family owned. I would visit again, but would ask for a different server."
"Stopped by for breakfast was hesitant due to previous reviews. Not sure where they went this place was amazing. Superior service, got a good right away (didn’t even get thru a 1/2 cup of coffee). A lot of food (too much to eat). Definitely will be going back and bringing family and friends."
