"Bad mistake dropping by this store. Customer service was poor. The two ladies were not friendly and in a rush to take my order. BTW, I was the only customer in line. The donuts were not fresh, and just a dull environment. I won’t be back."

"The girls here are freakin amazing! I wish I knew their names. So beyond sweet and made me entire day…week! They definitely made my bday extra special and treated me so well! This location in Gainesville is the best!! They deserve a raise!!!"
"Initially it didn’t seem too busy. Waited in line. Went to order and was rushed to the kiosk to order instead. I ordered my donuts. Waited. And waited. Annnnnd waited. Watched other folks that they would speak with at the counter get their donuts and leave. I was waiting with the folks who ordered hot sandwiches and coffees. After fifteen minutes I gave up and just left, not bothering trying to get a refund. Money well spent to know to never shop at that location again, and to warn everyone else away from it as well. Maybe hire more folks, or train better for what didn’t even seem like a busy morning. Good luck. I won’t be back."
