"If you are an oyster lover then this is your place! If you’re not then this place is still very nice to visit if they have a table ready for you. 4 out of 4 times we couldn’t reserve anything for that same day but when we came there there’s quite a few tables empty. Many reviewers before me mentioned that and it’s true. We managed to get the table twice using the ‘join the waitlist’ option but both time the original wait time tripled on us so we had to wait much longer then the system told us originally. The service is quite good but you always feel rushed as you see the others waiting for your table. The burger is alright but nothing special. I guess you’re not supposed to expect that at a great oyster place."
"Best fish and chips ever. Light and crispy. Nice outdoor seating too. We also had the crab dip and the crab cake sandwich which was meat and no filler. Good crispy fries. We left very happy"
"We had an amazing overall experience at the King Street Oyster Bar tonight. Aside from the service being great and all of the seafood being really fresh, I had what was probably the best jambalaya that I've ever had in my life which includeds the jambalaya that I had while visiting New Orleans, Charleston, and Savannah. We couldn't recommend King St Oyster Bar highly enough. The jambalaya here is a must try!"
