"This chipotle use to be the go to, but I have been disappointed the last few times I have ordered here. For starters they are very skimpy with everything.. being in food service I totally understand inflation but jeez I would at least like to receive what I am paying for.. I had 3 pieces of steak in each taco.. that is unacceptable to me.. Then the cost just seems to keep raising. I live 1 min from location I got home and my food was ice. So obviously the meats and veggies are not being held at proper temp. Then to top it off the steak was HORRIBLE.. zero flavor and the texture was way off.. I will not be back at this location until they get it together"
"This restaurant in warrenton is the worst unclean restaurant. Food had absolutely no flavor, ALL the tables were dirty and there was no costumers in restaurant. Then when I asked for a rag to clean a table so my family could eat on , they all looked at me as if I were talking in another language."
"I've always liked Chipotle, but post pandemic the quality of the food is poor. Especially the chicken and peppers. The chicken is typically overcooked and very grisly. The sauteed green peppers are ruined by some type of bad seasoning, maybe too much pepper (not sure). I still like the rice and the beans. Ironically, the majority of one star reviews reference a "dirty" restaurant. Compared to any other chain restaurant this one is mostly clean. The real issue is their lack of cooking skills. However, upon returning I noticed the food was far better, no grisly/burned chicken this time. Maybe the owner decided it was time to hire new talent... KUDOS!"
"I used to love Chipotle. It was one of my favorites and I would go there weekly. For whatever reason, this location is always dirty. My food is always cold and I have to reheat it immediately when I get home. Not sure if there is new owners or managers, but it just isn't what it used to be anymore."
"This is now the 3rd order in a row from this store that has either been skimpy and/or completely wrong via online order for pickup. Ordered chicken bowl- no chicken. Ordered extra lettuce and salsas and you can tell by the picture (not eaten, moved around to show ZERO chicken) it’s lacking extra anything. Refunds are appreciated, but at this point, it’s not likely I’ll be back to this location due to inaccuracies."
