"Posted 10/20 somehow review was taken down. LYING AND ATTEMPTING TO STEAL MONEY. Stopped in for an inspection. Called to let them know I was outside. Owner said "park your car and come inside" hung up the phone on me. Then I went inside and he told me to go back outside and check if there was a car in bay 3. Confused, I went outside and stood there til someone showed me where to bring my car. After NOT inspecting my vehicle at all (seriously. It was done in 3 minutes) a worker said that will be $40. I said excuse me? And he responded $40. I said really, I thought it was $21? He said oh ok... $21. I paid and left and the entire thing was done in 10 minutes. Highly unethical and definitely tried to pocket extra money from me because I'm a female. UPDATE: 10/21 owner called and said he chooses to charge $40 for inspection because he "passes them whether they are legal or not." He stated he charges $50 for illegal tints and passes them and pockets the money. Illegal and reported to the state."
"Had an appointment to get my inspection done at 5pm but no one was there. There were a few other people waiting for them as well. We ended up calling the shop to see if anyone was around and a man picked up the phone. I mentioned I was here for an inspection and told me to go to the office. We went to the office (which was locked) so we gave him a call back. He told us that it was a “simple concept to understand” to walk to the office to have someone help us and then hung up on us again. We haven’t had this issues before but it was rather disappointing that they were so rude over the phone when no on was at the shop. Maybe it was a miscommunication between employee and employer but I hope they fix whatever issue caused this."
