"Been here a few time. Once for brakes and rotors which they installed in a timely manner. Another time my muffler needed welded back on. They did it free of charge being that it was a quick job for them (anywhere else would have charged me at least 100) and today I had a crazy screeching in my wheel. They found a rock that made it into my dust shield, took it out and it’s fixed! I understand that the time it takes them to do these easy fixes should have cost me some money, but they wouldn’t even let me buy them coffee, they just said “have a merry Christmas” and smiled. I wouldn’t have been angry to pay them for these either, but they let me go free of charge because it’s a decent thing to do. I’m just happy to see that there is still a shop out there that has an old school mentality and morals. Would never take my car any other place because I TRUST these people. Honesty speaks volumes!!"

"I went here twice with the intention of getting multiple different things done to my vehicle. They seem to have fair prices and we're nice over the phone but both times i went there i felt like i was rushed out and they didn't really want to work on my vehicle either time i brought it in. Today i was hoping to have a ball joint pressed in for me since I was unable to at home without a lift and they said i put it in wrong and that i would need a new control arm because i probably bent it out of shape, long story short, i went home and tried again knowing that i didn't force it in like they thought and i got it to pop in and it's not loose about to fall out like they said it would. I understand them not wanting the liability but i have some experience working with vehicles and the castle nut on this joint isn't going to allow it to just fall out like they said. I was even okay with them just putting a brand new one in on both sides. They said no because it'll just fall out, and I was laughed at when i said i doubt it and he said to take it to j&j instead so they could do it. I've been driving around and that joint hasn't budged one bit. If it ever falls out I'll delete this, apologize, and eat my words. I included an image to show, there's no way i see it's going to just fall out as long as the nut is in place with the cotter pin. I wish they would have at least tried to see that i was right. The first time i went there i was told my radiator needed to be replaced and i even saw the fluid all over their floor dripping, however i never had any issues with my radiator before and when i left there i went home and inspected everything for a leak and i don't see one anywhere. Could have been just a fluke but its been over a week and still no loss of fluids, been keeping my eye on it. i guess i have lost my trust for this place and will definitely be bringing my business elsewhere as they suggested. It's a shame because i have three separate vehicles i would have taken here since it's not too far from home but now i feel like they don't really care to help me at all so J&J is where I'll be going from now on. They have always been courteous to me and never treated me poorly like these guys did."
