"Date of service 04/10 - 04/14/2023 Hey there, Let me tell you about my recent experience with Blood Enterprises Transmission and its owner, Mike Blood. My 2015 GMC 2500 Denali HD, which has over 700k miles on it, scheduled for an upgrade to the transmission, which had already clocked 100k+ miles. After the team removed, cleaned, and disassembled it, Mike suggested a complete rebuild using upgrade parts since I drive coast to coast on a weekly basis. and he wanted to make sure that my truck could handle the long drives without any issues. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge displayed by everyone at the shop. Mike himself took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain the issues that needed to be addressed. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of patience he displayed in answering all my questions.
