"I felt so ashamed just for being there and it was due to an employees response. I was told that they really didnt have certain products there (that I found listed online as present at that specific store). We didnt even make it to discussing the products specifically, as soon as I walked in and was asked if I needed help, I asked to see their bath products. I was told "We really dont have any section for it" and later "we dont really sell bath products" I definitely didnt respond well, felt on defense from the moment I tried to talk to the employee. Couldnt even think of the specific product, just asked for bath soap (for a bath) was told "No we dont have anything that" and then said "bath bomb" and she replied "nope". I didnt want that, but I was so offguard and felt like I shouldn't be there, I couldnt give her the name or products. I was just too thrown off. I left in literally 3 minutes of walking in. I said she was being rude and ran out, I felt so unwelcome. I knew what I wanted. i knew it was there. It was 5:40pm and I know that she possibly wanted to close on time, but I was going to be paid and out before it closes at 6pm or I would have just left. I tried to call and talk to her to ask what i can do differently to make that go better, and she had no interest in the conversation. Just said she didnt feel anything was wrong and denied saying "we dont really sell any bath products". I will stick with Sephora online shopping. I dont think I will ever go in a Sephora store again. I wasnt feeling well after a medical treatment and wanted to treat myself and ended up feeling worse."

"It’s Christmas season and you are closing at 7:00. Ridiculous! Will not shop here again. Was warned as soon as I walked in that they are closing. Very rude and unhelpful. I took my business elsewhere."

"This sephora location has been amazing. The staff are always willing to help me find anything I need. This location has consistently been a place that I am more than happy to come back to. Rebecca in particular was awesome. She was very kind, and helped me find my correct shade. She knew what she was talking about and didn’t just make things up. Whatever she is getting paid, it is not enough!"

"I went in to Sephora today on a mission. As an esthetician I have product knowledge, and knew what I wanted just so many new things coming about. I was approached by Olivia and I explained what I was there for, she was well mannered showed me a few things, even gave me some personal recommendations from her own experience. Then I asked if there was a few miscellaneous items I’ve been searching for and she ran around the store to grab them and brought them back to me as I browsed skin care. She went above and beyond today for me and it was appreciated beyond measure as she seen I was also walking around with my daughter who kept trying to pull me away for her wants/need! At check out (unfortunately I did not catch the girls name) But she was so pleasant smiling and very sweet! I’ve been to surrounding Sephora's and have to say entering this one today was pleased with the pleasant staff !!"

"The employees were wonderful and helpful when I needed help. But they did not harass me by asking if I needed help every 2 minutes. Very enjoyable shopping experience!! I will absolutely be returning to shop again."
