"Ordered tires and they got the wrong size in. Had to settle for lower quality in stock tires. Brought a new rim for one tire so I could have a full size spare and they removed tire for TPM and did not reinstall tire on rim. Put tire and rim in trunk and charged me to dispose of that tire. Won’t return."

"The manager reached out to me to let me know she made a mistake and owned up to their mistake and reimbursed me for the money that was owed. They do a fantastic business and honesty goes a long way! Got an oil change done and they originally charged me 83 dollars but realized a mistake was made and took 53 dollars off the bill to accommodate the mistake. Glad to be a customer there. Will be back again after speaking to the manager!"

"Overall service was good. Did not appreciate finding out after I paid the bill that there was a $79 charge for warranty on tires. I was led to believe the 70 thousand mile warranty was included with the tires. That was most deceptive and not legal to not explain the charge as seperate at time of purchase. Most disappointed in That CJ method."
