"Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star, this guy is a scam artist. My car was ready pass the state inspection as it did 4 months prior to the incident I am writing about but after my sibling refused to let him work on their car for a fee that almost made choke he didnt want to pass my car. Please dont go here he doesn't really fix your car, i had to take time off of work and fix my siblings car after Doug drained their bank account and still didnt manage to fix the problem."

"I honestly have never trusted and genuinely liked a mechanic this much. My family has been seeing Doug for almost a decade now. He's always honest and straight-forward. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy and is always clear about timelines for repairs. I've never met an individual who knew more about all cars - foreign, domestic etc. Do yourself a favor and entrust your car to him. When I first moved to the area I had a car that I used to get repaired at a commercial shop. Doug took a look at the car and identified imminent mechanical issues and gave me a time-table for what needed fixing (ie: the brakes are shot and dangerous - your tires probably have another 6 months, etc.) Lastly - I've never had repeat issues, like with other places. He's thorough - once he says it is fixed, it is. I've had him perform small jobs (oil changes and regular maintenance as well as replace a clutch, do transmission work and he rebuilt the engine in my mother's car)."
