"I ordered a birthday cake for my 18 year old daughter and the employee said what I needed could be done but when I called 2 days later to take to the cake decorator Amelia who is the manager she said no she can’t do it all it was is to have red dripped frosting on the cake instead of the chocolate someone obviously doesn’t know how to decorate cakes never go there for a custom cake"
"Haven't had coldstone in years. And this was not the best experience. We ordered a cake batter batter pint ($10). The ice cream itself had declined in quality and they didn't even mix the brownie in. We found a whole piece of brownie settled in the bottom."
