"The food is usually good, fair. I went through the Drive Thru today 12-29, arouns 12pm, to order and your worker, let's just say makes proud the rude drive thru worker stereotype. I have a dashcam so I have the interaction recorded. Here's the transcript, all of this is monotone from her: I pull up. Her: What do you want? Me: Uhh... Chicken Strip and Fry basket Her: *inaudible* gravy *inaudible* Me: Uhh.... yeah? Her: GRAVY OR SAUCE. Me: Ya, uh, yes white gravy. Her: Anything else? Me: White Mocha Shake Her: Don't have that. Me: Oh, okay guess that will be all... Her: Pull up to the window. Me: *in my head* I'm not paying DQ to be rude to me. So I leave and drive to local grocery store and i buy chicken there. Train your workers how to treat their customers like humans, and not the cars we look like we are."

"This DQ needs to hire workers who actually sound like they want to be there. 3 of last 4 visits they act annoyed to take my order. If you dislike your job that bad maybe you should find a new one that doesn’t involve customer service. Soft served ice cream is soft served ice cream anywhere but customer service isn’t and it shows here."
"Got a medium thick hot fudge milk shake an this is what I got for 5.69. Ridiculous. They charged more to make it think an didn't eve. Fill the cup. Will definitely not go back . I'll stick with St.clairsville they r the best"
