"Update: I got a new doctor and got resetup. The new doctor is better then the old one, and they know what they are doing better now. A+ 1 star: The building seems modern and new, and their times are great, and even the doctor seemed ok. The problem is they have no idea what is going on, don't call back with your results, don't have the doctor explain anything, and told me to do a follow-up visit then then next time said they don't do follow-ups. Never sent me bloodwork results, can't login to site."

"Tried to make a Urologist appontment with Dr. Bingham, only to be told initally that he has left Coordinated Health an went to work at Lehigh Valley Health Group. This was after 2 30 minute waits on the phone for the receptionist to answer my call. The migration from Coordinated Health to Lehigh Valley Health Group has been patitically executed. No one should have to wait an hour to be answered when calling in for an appointment."

"While the actual Doctors are awesome I have to give them 3 stars. The ladies at the front desk even made faces at the one who talked to me like a dog. The walls are so thin I can hear the discussion 2 rooms down. You can definitely get the feel of the UnitedHealthCare network here, grab good physicians and then don’t spend a dime on facilities and staffing options. Lowest bidder gets the contract and it shows."
