"My husband has been a patient of this practice for over 20 years with Dr. Ruskiewicz and only had wonderful care. I joined about 3-4 years ago and at first had no issues but recently not the case. I can only say excellent things about Dr. VanEtten and the technicians. However…I received new frames and glasses in August. On September 27th I took the frames back because the arm was separating. The office said they would order new replacement frames and pop the lenses in while I wait. I’m still waiting! I’ve called numerous times, sometimes get a call back, most times not. I’ve been told the company is doing inventory… for three months?? No one from the office ever has initiated a call about this to me! My husband was there this past week and he asked about my frames. They said they would have owner contact me. As of this writing that has not happened. Funny thing is I can find the exact frames online myself. So beware…. Doctor care is excellent… but if you want glasses or have an office issue go somewhere else."
"Everyone at this office is really friendly. The doctors are great, and so is everyone else there. I've never had to wait long for my appointment, which is really nice. They have a large selection of glasses in the office to choose from, and you can go to their website and look there too. I highly recommend this office!"
