"I came in sometime last week to order a cheesesteak and as I was waiting for my order to be finished I noticed and overheard an employee I think his name was griffin making MY sandwich talking about how he's high on the job almost all the time to his coworkers and brings it to work even to smoke sometimes its extremely frustrating and unprofessional for employees to be doing this and using this type of behavior is unacceptable.. I would expect some sort of punishment towards this employee... if not I can gladly take my matters to corporate for having high people on the job working"

"This place used to be so good.. not anyway. They changed the rolls about a year ago and ever since then it's been bad, even had friends say they wish they'd gotten wawa instead. Got a California chicken cheesesteak today - a sandwich that shouldn't have red sauce on it. No matter where you go, it never has red sauce on it, I mean it's a mayo sandwich and having tomato sauce with mayo makes no sense and is downright gross. Didn't ask for tomato sauce, in fact said specifically not to put any because this isn't the first time this happened but they put it on anyway. It was horrible and inedible. Took one bite and spit it out! They need to train their staff better and hire people who actually know how to listen to basic instructions. Don't eat here."

"This place use to be good. The past 2 months there food and service has been horrible. Last night they served my children raw rock hard burgers , and my cheese steak was cold and undercooked. (With barely any meat to begin with ) The meat on my Italian hoagie tasted old and rotten. They also charged $2.10 to add 2 small pickles to 3 burgers. My 6 year old woke up with food poisoning this morning; I only realized his burger was raw after a few bites in . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Staff is not properly trained ."

"Ordered a small Italian sub and a prefixed spaghetti with sauce with 2 meat balls and a cannoli desert and everything was delicious and prices were in range of satisfaction. Customer service was also very good. I would def order from here again."

"I love V&S, but this time was different. Although my cheese steak very very good, I was disappointed in the amount of meat inside! My husbands was the same way. I'd rather pay more and have more meat."
