The Bodhi Spa Providence

"Very excited and planned a while in advance to come for my boyfriend’s birthday. When we arrived, we found the steam room and infrared sauna were not working. That’s 2/3 “out of the pool” experiences down. We were not notified of this prior nor was there any mention of it at check out. I reached out to customer service after stating our disappointment at paying full price and not receiving the experience advertised. Customer service stated they typically provide a 10% discount if one of their “spots” is down and refunded this to me. I don’t think a 10% discount is enough to justify the price paid for the experience received. It would have been nice to have been notified prior for an option to reschedule when everything was working. Having 2 out of the 6 “spots” out of commission made the other spots crowded. I reached out to customer service twice to follow up and did not receive a response. Overall disappointed with the service provided and do not feel the situation was made right as the experience purchased was not what was received."

"We were in town for the long weekend and were intrigued by the water journey offered here. It did not disappoint!! What a fabulously relaxing experience. The vibe is so peaceful and calming, we loved it. I fully admit to being afraid of that cold plunge pool, but I ended up loving it in between each experience! Will definitely return when we’re back in Providence."

"Great facility! The water journey was amazing and very clean. We also got a couples massage and both therapists were great. My *only* mild “complaint” is that the locker room was small for the amount of people going in and out of the water journey, but that’s not necessarily something they can control. Overall great experience!"

"I went on this journey to Rhode Island just to experience this spa and I must say it was well worth the trip. The spa was spectacular and had so much to offer. The staff were so friendly and I was so appreciative for their kindness. If you have never experienced a hydrotherapy spa you are definitely missing out. The lounge area was so cozy and relaxing it allowed to to close your eyes and just detox your day. Though I’m from out of town if and when I have the opportunity I would definitely return."

Kimberly's energy was incredibly calming, and her expertise in massage therapy was evident throughout the session. What I loved most was the perfect blend of luxury and therapeutic touch. The overall experience was not only indulgent but also highly therapeutic. Kimberly's knowledge and skill created an atmosphere that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The check in process felt a little rushed. Maybe there should be more information via email after you book about the spa rules to help."
