"Did not even get the chance to come in and visit the office because the secretary was so rude over the phone and would not schedule my fiancé his appointment. I also asked if I could speak with the doctor over the phone so he could explain to me why my fiancé could not get an appointment and she refused to take my phone number down. She had the worst attitude I have ever had to deal with in a doctor's office. You would think because she works in a doctor's office and is around sick people all the time that she would have a positive attitude but that was not the case. She really upset my fiancé who is already nervous and scared because he needs a biopsy in the first place. I told her that I was going to file a complaint and she laughed and said you go ahead and do that."
