I called and had to press the "I'm a dr" option, got a human, they put through a "rush" message. No word. Two weeks later I call Advantage in hopes that the script was sent and I'm told a message was sent to me using MyChart. No call. No urgency. Just an email sent to medical platform that tells me I need to make an appointment."

His treatment plan and explanation was clear and collaborative. Amy, my pulmonary tech, was warm and easy to work with. She explained the different portions, adjusted her pace to my comfort, and coached me through the PFT. Wait time was reasonable. I would return."
