"Horrible experience. Had very large painful swelled up rashes and the doctor requested to get a patch test. I had to then tell the doctor that he missed the color difference on the patch test. He did not look thoroughly. My rashes still flared and he wanted to put me on all these steroids and biological treatment instead of finding out what the problem really was. And they charged soo much money for not helping me. Horrible office and doctors. Don’t know why they have such a high review"

"This physician was considered inner circle on my first visit 2 weeks ago per my ins. company...until a few days ago. At todays followup visit this office is now charging 100.00 and additionally adding 60.00 after the fact to my last visit. (100.00 total). No notification prior to todays visit. Update: I calmed down and revisited. These folks deserve my apology because they are wonderful once I got past the insurance issue. From the staff to the doctors interations, they are extremely professional."

"I tried to go here for the allergist because I heard amazing reviews about him. I can't speak on his performance because I never met him. But I will touch upon the calling services performance. I happened to work in the calling industry. Their calling service is super UNPROFESSIONAL and provides so much MISCOMMUNICATION. I tried to cancel my appointment and they STOPPED ANSWERING. I had a photo shoot in the works and I told them I would call them back if it didn't work out and they wouldn't answer. I received a call after leaving the 8th voicemail to a lady and she was understanding about the situation gave me a number and said they would refund my bill which again that number DIDNT ANSWER. I then got a call from this another lady which I don't know her name but she was completely POWER TRIPPED. she didn't care what the situation was and completely ruined my experience. With saying "I don't have to deal with this I can send this to collections". Which completely didn't solve anything and made me feel like I was trapped in a corner regardless of the information I got from the other caller. I received another call from that same individual and she wanted "feedback" because she heard I wasn't happy with our conversation. Instead of getting this "feedback" she blatantly tried to say I started it and was screaming at her which is not true, you can look back at the call and it'll show the power trip she was on. She called simply to continue saying I was wrong which was SUPER UNNECESSARY. If I was this business I would genuinely fire her she'll ruin you guys down the line. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE unless you wanna deal with HEADACHES."

"There is an older lady who gives shots and uncaps them WITH HER TEETH. That's not okay even before covid. The son doctor is pleasant enough, the receptionists are pretty nice but always seem to be rotating through a new person every time I'm here. The office is updated and nice, the news is constantly blaring nonstop, loudly. Bring headphones when you need to wait for your shots, which you will."
