"Last week of August: My daughter has an appointment to get her first dose of the 6+ months Covid vaccine. We arrive to our daughter's 9AM appointment 20 minutes early as requested. My husband fills out the registration paperwork and submits it. We are not seen for nearly an hour. We leave the facility around 10:30. An appointment is made for 6 weeks out for the second round of the vaccine. Mid October: My husband takes off of work and pulls my daughter out of daycare to arrive for her 9AM appointment. The appointment was confirmed the day before through Zufall's text message system. My husband checks in at the front desk and sits down with my daughter. A few minutes later, someone comes to let him know that they cannot administer the vaccine because not enough time had elapsed. When Zufall made us this appointment, it fell into the 4-8 weeks out requirement set forth by the CDC. This lost us a day's wages and a day of daycare payment. Before they leave, they make an appointment to return in two weeks. Yesterday: I take off of work and pull my daughter out of daycare to arrive for her 9AM appointment. We arrive at 8:30, to comply with the "arrive 20 minutes early" request sent to us via text the night before. We have to fill out registration paperwork again because Zufall lost it from August. It is not until 9:45 that we are brought into an examination room at my request. We are then told we will be receiving the Pfizer vaccine. I inform the nurse that my daughter needs Moderna, since that was the first shot that Zufall gave her, and the shot that we confirmed when we made the appointment through Zufall. She tells me they need to thaw that shot and it will be at least another 45 minutes. Time passes, and a new person comes in to tell me that there is no Moderna shot, and they cannot vaccinate my daughter since they cannot mix shots. The type of Moderna shot she received from Zufall was discontinued. This woman told me that Zufall did not contact me to let me know this because they weren't sure which shot she had received or where she received it - even though THEY were the ones that administered the shot. According to the American Association of Pediatrics website, mixing shots is not preferred but can be done if needed. Zufall stood firm in refusing to vaccinate my daughter, and further said that she cannot receive any complete Covid vaccination for this year. This was gross negligence on Zufall's part. When I asked what their plans were for notifying other families who were in this same position as us, they had no response. The only worker there that day that was helpful was Sonia. She did her best to get us the care and human decency we expected from a medical facility. Unfortunately, this is the only medical office that I have found within 50 miles of my house that will vaccinate 1 year olds against Covid. This place was grossly negligent and incompetent all three times we were there. The people working there should be embarrassed. Shame on you, Zufall. Now my premature daughter, who is in daycare, will not be able to be protected against Covid for this year. You are TERRIBLE."

"this place is unprofessional, very disappointed. they treat patients base on background. they have spanish people working there. they burn them by using them to translate and some doctors treat the asistant like trash. they talk about the patients on hallway, hippa privacy i would doesnt exist here. front desk is bad they dont know where they are. some providers only care about getting out the room soon they dont treat you well. i would def see some other practice follow up with my care. i wouldnt recomment this place."

"I had a beautiful experience although it wasn’t my first time every time I go there they are always welcoming and have a nice attitude. Dr Blank is amazing, I had 5 months old with me since I didn’t have any baby sitter and they were extremely understanding. The staff as a whole is very helpful. It’s about 45 minutes from where I live but I don’t regret traveling all the way there. I strongly recommend this facility. Thank you ☺️"

"Zufall is an Amazingly, thorough facility to seek health care. As we mature it's important to keep up to date about our health. Many preventative tests and treatments help to improve the quality of our lives Zufall has the most wonderful staff and doctors that have saved my life over the years. Dr. Michael Murphy is brilliant! He patiently explains health care options and explores treatments. Dr. Zorilla is Fantastic as well. I feel so grateful to be treated by these excellent health care providers. The staff are thorough, always supportive and compassionate. I love this facility."
