"Called today around 2pm because I was having an adverse reaction to a prescribed medication. Left all the details and asked if there was another medication that could be prescribed. Was told I would receive a call back. Nobody ever called. When I got out of work at 6pm I called to follow up and was told by an answering service that they had all left for the day. When patients health/well being is no longer a priority for you, then you don't deserve their business."

"Saw Marina Kravitz after the doctor I was seeing here moved, and she was SO. RUDE. She seemed so bored and I felt like I could barely get a word in when I saw her for my yearly at my first appt with her. When she was going over my medical history she saw that I have a Mitral Valve Prolapse and she suddenly got very excited and had to listen to my heart right away, but got visibly disappointed when she heard it because it's not an extreme case. She literally told me "ehh, this isn't that impressive" and barely said anything else to me as she went through the rest of the yearly. I left there feeling like I wasn't even a person and immediately got a new dr at a new practice."

"Called and made an appointment with my regular doctor kravetz and then come to find out the tried to put me with a practitioner sherry. The staff was very dishonest. I'm not sure if I can put my trust. I can honestly say this office was a big mistake. Dr. Kravetz came in was rude. When you call and they ask you who you want to see and you tell them make sure you spell it out. Because this office does not care."

"There’s typically a wait when you have an appointment but I believe they’re getting better with it. TBH, I don’t mind the wait too much because Dr Metkus is my favorite physician and well worth every second I’m sitting in the waiting room! I recommend him to everyone. It’s hard to find a good doctor so I’m holding onto him for dear life!"
