"I just moved to the area from Fort Washington, and was looking for a new Doctor. I decided to give Dr. Levin a try. It turns out I made a good decision! I needed a pre-authorization for my medication, and I was almost about to run out. Anyone that knows about pre-authorizations knows they're a nightmare! I called the office, and told the lady at the front desk about my situation. She was very nice, and stated she'd let Dr. Levin know, and get back to me. After I hung up I was a little worried because I had no experience with Dr. Levin yet. Well it turned out I had no reason to be nervous. Dr. Levin called me back, HIMSELF, within about 15 minutes. He asked me a few questions, and stated he'd get working on it. Again, I was nervous, but within 24 hours I called my insurance to see if Dr. Levin had provided them with the info they needed to get me my medicine, and they stated that my pre-authorization had already been approved! Needless to say I was very impressed, and will be keeping him as my new PCP. - Tina"
