"After waiting 2 months for an appointment, sending all completed labs/scans and taking off from work, I was rudely told upon arrival that they do not accept my health insurance, which is a top insurance. After reading the other reviews on this office, I shouldn’t be too surprised with the lack of communication and curtesy. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement."

"Literally go anywhere else. Saw two different doctors at this practice who told me two very different things. Dr. Weiss has the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced in a doctor. Extremely rude and condescending. To make matters worse, when I tried to switch to a new practice, I had to call this office three times to ask them to fax over my information. An entire week to send one fax. Laughable."

"Although the doctor or PA that you see is ok, their follow up is awful. Three times i came to an appointment only ro be turned away because I did not come with the results from either blood work or ultrasound - which I had not been told to get nor receive a prescription to do so. Also three times when calling to GET those prescriptions they did not "mail them out" as stated, and when I called to check up on the RX it was so close to my appointment I couldn't get an appointment for the required ultrasound in time. It's just a lot of frustrating chasing down of paperwork and very vague information back."

"I called to cancel my brother’s appointment because of the horrible customer service and que waiting . It actually was the absolute Worst experience that I ever had in dealing with a medical facility. When I called to cancel the appointment the Manager canceled my brother’s appointment without Even speaking with me. My brother diabetes has resulted in a recent emergency room visit due to blindness from this disease. At the advise of the Retina specialist at Will’s eye, I made an appointment here. This horrible place told me that they would not see him until they were able get receive all of his medical records first. WORST PLACE EVER. If I could give a lesser score I would. I should have followed my first mind and looked into another Center."

"Dr Weiss is an skilled clinician—I learned more about my condition from him than any other endo ive ever seen in over a decade of thyroid problems—But very condescending and argumentative to a point of accusatory. I never waited less than an hour and a half after my appointment time. I stayed with the practice as long as I did because my condition was difficult to treat, but under normal customer service circumstances, they would’ve lost my business ages ago."
