"My family doctor referred me to Einstein to have a specialist review my test results....I called them last Wed to see if they accept new patients...they said yes and told me to have my family doctor send test results to them with a referral so the specialist can read the results and see if I needed to make appt with the specialist.... One week goes by and I called my family doctor to make sure they sent the test results...They said they did and to follow up with Einstein to see what is next....SOOOOOO I called Einstein this am and they said oh yes we have your test results here...HOWEVER we are not accepting new patients!!! I SAID EXCUSE ME???? I ASKED YOU THAT LAST WEEK AND ASKED YOU AND YOU SAID YES...SOOOO YOU THEN TOLD ME TO HAVE DOC FAX OVER RESULTS AND REFERRAL....NOW YOU DONT ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS AFTER YOU HAD MY TEST RESULTS FOR 1 WEEK!!!!! She said no maam we closed that window!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? On top of me being worried about my test results now its delaying me getting an answer! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EINSTEIN TO ANYMORE! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
