Was there w my 87 yr old Mother, conclusion of her appointment, my mother tells front desk “ Doc wants to see me Feb.” Girl says oh you told “them you would call- just call” I said no I need to make an appointment- she y told me No just call- hello I was there, so I left without appointment!! Need training with Seniors! There were 3 girls working the desk. Shame, Doctors are nice but need a MORE PLEASANT FRONT DESK(BTW I work front desk at a Dental Practice)"
